The ingredients needed to make Pancetta and Brussels Sprouts:
  1. Get 2 lb Brussels Sprouts
  2. Get 4 oz Pancetta (up 8 oz.) cubed
  3. Use 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  4. Use 12 tsp Salt
  5. Get 12 tsp grounded black pepper
