- You need 1 kg carrots (grated)
- You need 3-4 tbsp ghee

- Take ghee in a pan add cashews and fry them to slightly brown in colour
- Now take them out and let the ghee be in the same pan.
- Add grated carrot to the pan and mix nicely.
- Cover the pan for 10 minutes till the carrots become tender. Now Sweetened Condensed Milk and continue cooking on low flame, stirring occasionally, till it dries up.
- Add Cardamom powder and stir
