The ingredients needed to prepare Condensed Milk Cookies:
  1. Get 300 g All Purpose Flour
  2. You need 220 g Butter or margarine semi cold
  3. Use 120 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
Steps to make Condensed Milk Cookies:
  1. Prepare a baking sheet and heat up the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
  2. In a large bowl, measure out the flour and butter. Rub them together with your hands until the flour resembles bread crumbs.
  3. Pour in the condensed milk and mix until a soft dough forms. Transfer to a working surface and knead slightly more.
  4. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough and using a round cookie cutter, cut out into small pieces. Using a smaller cutter or a bottle top, cut out half of the cookies to resemble donuts.
  5. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
  6. Once cool, take some condensed milk or jam or peanut butter or Nutella and place teaspoonfuls on the full cookies and then cover with the donut cookies (the ones with the holes). Enjoy.
  7. If you need to store the cookies, don’t put the fillings. Instead fill them as and when required because the fillings can be messy(spilling).

They are crisp on the edges, slightly chewier in the centres and really delicious.
