- Use 4 Ripe red tomatoes ,medium sized, chopped
- Use 5 cloves Crushed garlic
- You need 4 cups Water or vegetable stock
- Provide 1 tsp Olive oil
- Use 1 tsp Black peppers crushed
- Prepare 1 tsp Paprika
- You need 1+1⁄2 tsp dry basil leaves

- Heat a soup pot or deep pan. Add olive oil. When it heats, add crushed garlic and saute till it gets crisp.
