- Wash and cut each zucchini into 3-4 pieces length wise. Make a deep slit on each zucchini piece through the center, making sure not to cut it into halves.

Once the vegetable is half cooked, add 1 tsp of chilli powder and mix well. Add the remaining masala paste & season to taste. Mix well so that the veggies are coated with the masala. Add 1⁄2 cup of water and mix well.
