  3. Use 2-3 tomato finely chopped
  4. Prepare 12 capsicum/Bell pepper finely chopped

  6. Provide 1 carrot Boiled and smashed
  7. You need 12 cup green peas boiled and smashed
  8. Use 12 cup finely chopped cilantro/coriander leaves
  9. You need 3-4 teaspoon Pav Bhaji masala powder
  10. Take 12 teaspoon red chili powder/paprika
  11. You need 4-5 table spoon Butter

Steps to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Heat up the pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter in to the pan
  2. Once the butter is hot enough then add chopped onion sauté it for 3-4 minutes/ golden brown on medium flame
  3. Add chopped capsicum and sauté for 3-4 minutes and then add chopped tomatoes continue the same procedure for another 5 minutes/ capsicum and tomato’s to get mashy
  4. Then add boiled and smashed potato, carrot and green peas to it
  5. Add 3 teaspoon pav bhaji masala powder if required add according to your taste, add chilli powder
  6. Sauté all vegetables for 3-4 minutes on low heat then add salt to taste and add one more tablespoon of butter to it and garnish with coriander leaves
  7. Take tawa and heat up, spread 12 spoon of butter on tawa, cut the pav into half then place on the tawa, toast the pav on both sides with butter
  8. Serve hot
