- Get 4 Smaller squash from local grocer
- You need 1 Sometimes like to use zucchini and squash.

- Provide 1 Olive oil
- Use 1 fresh grated parmesan cheese (the already grated stuff won't be the same)
- Prepare 1 Salt and pepper
- Get 1 onion powder
- You need 1 garlic powder
- Prepare 1 1⁄2 stick butter

- Slice squash. Place in a baking dish.
- Slice the onion. Always works better if they are left sliced and not diced. But however you prefer. Put in baking dish with squash.
- Pre heat oven to 350°F.
- add seasonings to where the squash and onions are lightly covered.
- Drizzle olive oil over top of dish. Careful not to use too much because you'll be using butter too.
- Mix the seasonings and olive oil through the squash and onion. I usually just use my hands. It works better.
- Grate the parmesan cheese covering the dish.
- Add 1 stick of padded butter spread over top the dish.
- It takes about 20-25 minutes to bake. About 15 minutes in, stir, and add more seasoning if desired and the other 1⁄2 stick of butter. Padded.
