  1. In a large deep pan heat oil along with 1 tbsp butter and add onion and saute it.Now add Tomato with Salt &cook for 2 min.Mix boiled veggies with little bit turmeric and cook for 1 min.Now mesh the mixture with messher and add 1 Tbsp pav Bhaji masala and mix it.
  2. Now make some space in center of pan & add 1 tbsp butter with some more chopped onion, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste,1 Tbsp pav Bhaji masala,some kasoori methi,red chilli powder and fry it.Now mix it with Bhaji.
  3. Add some water and salt as per consistency and taste. sprinkle chopped Coriander and some butter while serving it.
  4. In other pan add some butter with some red chilli powder, kasoori methi and pav Bhaji masala and put pav over it and heat it for 1/2min.
  5. Ready to serve.
