  1. Use 5-6 Beans, chopped

  22. You need 1 tbsp cumin seeds

Steps to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil on medium low flame. Add cumin seeds, hung/asafoetida and chopped onions. Then add chopped garlic and 12 tsp of salt.
  2. Then add all the veggies and salt. Stir well and cook them for 1-2 mins. Add turmeric, coriander, red chilli, black pepper powder, kitchen king and garam masala. Mix everything well.
  3. Add some water and mix well. Let them cook on medium low flame.
  4. Start mashing the mixture. After mashing the veggies, add mashed potatoes.
  5. You can also add some water (if required). Again mash everything very well (not too fast). Once it's done, add 1 or 2 tsp of ghee in it.
