- Prepare 4 boiled potatoes (medium sized)
- Prepare 1 cup chopped capsicum
- You need 1 cup chopped carrots

- Take 75 gm butter
- Use 3-4 tsp oil
- Take 2 tsp pav bhaji masala

- You need 1⁄2 tsp turmeric powder

- Provide 4-5 Garlic cloves
- Get 1 onion chopped
- You need 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Use 1 tomato chopped

- Get 1⁄2 tsp butter
- Prepare 1⁄4 tsp pav bhaji masala
- Prepare 1⁄4 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 1⁄2 tsp coriander powder
Steps to make Pav bhaji:
- First of all make a powder of kasoori methi and cloves and then mix pav bhaji masala and keep it aside.
- Heat a Kadai with half of the oil and then fry all the chopped capsicum, carrots, cauliflower and green peas.
- Fry it for sometimes and then add chopped tomatoes and salt and allow it to cook for sometimes.
- Add 25gm of the butter in it.
- Then add the prepared pav bhaji masala and kasoori methi powder in it.
- Mash it well and then add mashed potatoes in it.
- Add chilli powder in it and again mash and cook it for sometime. Keep them aside.
- Heat Kadai with butter and then add chopped onion in it and saute it well.
- Then add ginger garlic paste in it.
- When the garlic smell has gone then add chilli powder and remaining half of the masala powder in it.
- Add a little water in it and add the mashed vegetables in it and cook it for sometimes and if you need add more water. Cook it till your desired consistency.
- Then add chopped coriander leaves and 1⁄2 tsp butter in it and switch off the flame. - Now your bhaji is ready.
- Heat a tawa with butter, pav bhaji masala, chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves and roast the pav in it.
- Now your Pav bhaji is ready. Serve hot.
