The ingredients needed to prepare Fondant:
  1. Use 1 12 tablespoon galatin
  2. Take 60 ml cold water
  3. You need 1 teaspoon glycerine
  4. Take Glucose syrup
  5. Prepare 1 teaspoon flavour
  6. Prepare 500 g icing sugar
  7. Provide 2 teaspoon shortening
  8. Use Food colour (preferably gel)

  6. In a large bowl, sieve icing sugar and CMC.
  7. Add the gelatin mixture to the icing sugar mix with a wooden spoon then knead till it is not sticky and it's pliable.
  8. Cover with shortening and wrap with a cling wrap and stor in an airtight container.
