The ingredients needed to prepare Fondant:
- Use 1 1⁄2 tablespoon galatin
- Take 60 ml cold water
- You need 1 teaspoon glycerine
- Take Glucose syrup
- Prepare 1 teaspoon flavour
- Prepare 500 g icing sugar
- Provide 2 teaspoon shortening
- Use Food colour (preferably gel)

- Add the gelatin mixture to the icing sugar mix with a wooden spoon then knead till it is not sticky and it's pliable.
- Cover with shortening and wrap with a cling wrap and stor in an airtight container.
