Instructions to make Pancake Overload:
- 1) In a small bowl mixed bisquick pancake batter, egg and milk. ( add more milk if needed. My batter usually have a runny consistency) - - 2) Slightly grease a medium fry pan then cook the pancake batter until golden brown of both side or to your liking. - - 3) while cooking the pancakes, melt the white sugar on low heat in a separate pan( DO NOT completely melt the sugar or else it will harden) - - 4) add butter to the melted sugar and stir. Keep stirring until tiny bubbles form then add the bananas. - - 5) top the pancakes with a little bit of syrup when done cooking. - - 6) add ice cream then top it off with more syrup and strawberries.
- Depending on how you like it.. You can add or take out some bananas and sugar. I do not measure when cooking therefore these measurements are guesstimates.
Get a pan hot while you make the batter, barely measuring, maybe just using a mug as the unit: equal pa. Scoop or dispense the pancake batter onto the pan, and cook for a couple minutes until you see bubbles form at the top and just begin to pop. This is your indication to flip! You've likely heard of popular ways to use leftover pancake batter, such as making muffins.
