- You need 1 large Sweet pepper, thinly sliced then halved
- You need 1⁄4 cup Organic Coconut oil
- Get 4 slice Pepper jack cheese, optional
- Take 1 loaf Sourdough, Artisan, or your choice roll, 1⁄2" thick slices
