- Get 0.5 kilogram Pork Liempo
- Get 4 pcs Garlic cloves, crushed
- Get 0.5 cup Soy Sauce

- Add the 2 Cups Water, 1 tablespoon Whole Peppercorn and 5 pcs Dried Bay Leaves, bring to boil. Simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
- Put the vinegar and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
