The ingredients needed to prepare Oats Kulfi:
- Get 2 tbsp oats and muselli mix
- Prepare 500 ml pre- boiled milk
- Use 2 tbsp almonds, chopped
- Use Some cashews and raisins, chopped
- Use 12-14 saffron strands dissolved in milk
- Prepare 2 tsp sugar
Steps to make Oats Kulfi:
- In a thick bottomed pan, take the milk and heat on low flame for 10 minutes. - - When the milk thickens, add saffron strands, dissolved in milk.
- Stir and add oats mix first and cook for 3 minutes till it soaks the milk and dissolved. - - Then add chopped almonds, cashews and raisins, also sugar.
- Mix well and stir till you get thickened milk mixture (1 minute approx) - - Cool and arrange in kulfi moulds. Garnish with tuty-fruity.
- Keep in freezer for 2 hours in minimum. De-mold and serve. - Thanks - - P.S. Although thought to use vanilla extract / cardamom powder as flavouring. But dropped the idea as the flavour of saffron is more inviting.
