- You need 1 big bowl Poha
- Prepare to taste Salt
- You need As required Water
- Get 3 Boiled potatoes
- Take 1 Chopped onion
- You need 2 Green chillies
- Get 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
- Take 1⁄2 tsp Cumin powder
- Provide 1 tsp Coriander powder

- Prepare 1 tsp Aamchur powder

- Take 1-2 pinch Asafoetida

Instructions to make Gluten free bread roll:
- Take poha and soak it in hot water for 15 to 20 minutes.
- After 20 mins strain the water properly from the poha and place poha in a bowl, add some salt and mash it nicely with the help of potato masher, then make a dough. (Don't use water). Cover it with a wet cloth.
- Now take boiled potatoes and mash it. Now add chopped onion, green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, aamchur powder and salt in it.
- Now take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil, then add saunf and roast it.Then turn off the flame and add asafoetida and turmeric powder, mix it and add in potato mixture, then add all the ingredients and mix properly.
- Now take a small portion of potato mixture and give it a cylindrical shape.
- Now cut a portion like bread in poha dough and take it in your palm and spread it nicely, then add the potato mixture and close it. Next coat it with semolina.
- Now heat oil for frying and fry the rolls until cooked.
- Serve it with tomato sauce or your desire dip.
