- Marinate beef in all ingredients.And let it rest for 30 mins.
- Fry beef on over high flame.Fry approximately 5-6 minutes. Take it out when it's brown.Undercut cooks fast.
- In a wok add oil, ginger garlic paste and fry on high flame and male it light brown.Add fried beef.
- Than add lemon juice,soya sauce,add chicken powder,crushed red chilli,add round red chilli,salt.
- Now add veggies and stir fry it and dry chilli is ready.
- For fried rice : Soak basmati rice for 15 mins.Than boil the rice and set aside.
- Heat oil add beaten egg,add pinch of salt and make it scramble,take out the egg now.
- Now add garlic chopped and stir fry it few seconds,add in veggies,salt and pepper,soya sauce, vinegar than cook for about 2 min.
- Now add boil rice,egg and mix well.Cover and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.Fried rice is ready.
