The ingredients needed to make Roasted chickpeas:
  1. Prepare 2 cans Chickpeas(garbanzo beans)
  2. You need Greek Italian dressing
  3. Use Olive oil
  4. Get Adobo seasoning salt
  5. You need Parsley
Steps to make Roasted chickpeas:
  1. Strain and rinse the Garbanzo beans for a few minutes Pre-heat oven for 400°F
  2. Dry with a paper towel or clean cloth(it won't roast properly with water)
  3. Coat them olive oil(lightly)
  4. Season with Adobo seasoning salt, Greek Italian dressing,(optional hot pepper)
  5. Place in a pan with or without foil, if with foil lightly coat with olive oil
  6. Cook for 30 to 40, half way take out the Garbanzo beans and move them around. Place them back in.
  7. Optional: When done lightly sprinkle over some seasoning salt

It will make them soggy and they will never get crispy. I spray mine vs drizzle with oil. Just enough to coat so spices can. Spread chickpeas on baking sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder and red pepper; toss to coat. Cook longer for desired texture.) Cool before serving.
