The ingredients needed to cook Pickled Eggplant:
  1. Prepare 3 pcs. selected long straight eggplants
  2. Prepare 5 pcs. finger chillies
  3. Get 1 ginger (sliced julienne)
  4. Prepare 1 onion

  6. Prepare 2 tbs. brown sugar
  7. Get 1 cup white vinegar
