The ingredients needed to prepare Stewed Chicken:
- You need 250 g chicken steak
- You need 1 onion
- You need 2 tomatoess
- Prepare 2 tbsp oil
- Provide 1 tsp royco
Instructions to make Stewed Chicken:
- Cut steak into tiny pieces.
- Put oil in a sufuria, add in diced onions and fry until semi soft.
- Add tomatoes stir, cover for 3 minutes, uncover and stir again.
- Put the cut beef add water (1⁄2 glass)
- Boil until chicken is soft and well cooked.
- Dissolve royco in 20 mls of water then add. Cook royco for 5 minutes then serve.
Add the chicken and bring to the boil. Transfer the chicken out of the dutch oven to a plate. Then add some of the chicken stock while scraping to loosen. You can use any parts of the chicken and I go with drumsticks. Try to trim off the fats (on the right) as much as you can.
