- Prepare 3⁄4 cup Semolina/suji
- Get 3⁄4 cup Curd
- You need 2 Potatoes, boiled mashed
- Use 1⁄2 small bowl Green peas

- Take 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste

- You need 1⁄2 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
- Prepare 1⁄4 tsp Turmeric powder

- You need 1⁄2 tsp Black Mustard seeds
- You need 1⁄4 tsp Asafoetida
- Use 1 eno packet
- Take As per taste Salt
Instructions to make Sugi/ Samolina ke Burger:
- Take blender jar add half part of coriander leaves, 3⁄4 green chillies, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, curd and make paste. Then add Semolina and mix well. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- For aloo tikki take a pan add oil, asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, whole coriander seeds, fennel seeds and roast the onion and roast it. Now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, whole spices. Now add boiled mashed potatoes, peas and mix well. Add salt, lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves. Stuffing for tikki is ready.
- Make Tikki from the stuffing.
- Now add vegetables like carrot, capsicum in the paste mix well. Take a small bowl for making burger. Grease with oil when we start to fill bowl at that time add eno packet to the paste and immediately fill 1⁄2 bowl with the paste. Add it in Idli pan on low flame.
- Now burger is ready.
- Now cut the burger into two equal half.place the Aaloo Tikki on one part. Cover with another part in a pan add oil and seaseme seeds and put these burger and roast on the both sides.
