  2. Use 4 Garlic cloves chopped
  3. Prepare 12 cup Chopped onion
  4. Get 14 tsp Pepper powder

  7. Use 1 cup Grated cheese

Instructions to make Stuffed Mushrooms !:
  1. Remove stems of all mushrooms and chop the stems.
  2. Sauté chopped garlic , onions and chopped mushroom stems in 1 tsp olive oil..Add salt, pepper powder and Italian herbs.
  3. Let this mixture cool and add grated cheese and mix.
  4. Drizzle remaining olive oil on mushroom caps and mix..or dip mushroom caps in the oil..
  5. Stuff the cheese mixture in these mushroom caps..and grill for 10-15 mins till mushrooms are cooked.
