- Blanch Lima Beans. Drain excess water and put them in grinder bowl. Add Onion, green chillies, garlic, ginger,coriander, lime juice and grind it to a smooth paste. Take the grinded paste in a container and add mashed potatoes to it.
- Add Dry Masala, Cornflour, salt and mix properly. Roll the mixture into flattened balls.
- Roast them with butter or oil till crispy by flipping sides. Remove from flame and let them cool.
- Take all the Julienne salads add lemon Juice, chat masala and mix well.
- For assembling take the buns and apply butter on them. Roast them. Take one piece and sprinkle dry garlic chutney on it. Place some salad on it. Top it with lima Bean slider.
- Place a cheese slice, tomato slice on it. Cover it with the second piece of bun.
- Yummy Lima Bean Sliders are ready to serve. Serve them tomato ketchup or green chutney.
