  3. For Moong Chillas- Soak the Moong Dal for 5 hours. Put in a blender, add 12 cup water to make a semi thick consistency. Add baking soda, red chilli powder, salt and asafoetida. Let it rest for 15 mins
  4. In a saucepan heat oil and fry the paneer cutlets in batches.
  5. In a saucepan heat oil and pour a small ladle of Moong batter and make the Chillas.
  6. For assembling - smear green Chutney on the Chillas, add sliced cucumber, sliced tomato, paneer Cutlet, sliced tomato, sliced cucumber and Moong Chilla. Put a toothpick through. Plate and your kids would love the food
