- You need 1 large Red Onion Chopped
- Get 1 box Turkey Stove Top Stuffing
- You need 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- Get 1 Salt and Pepper to taste
- Use 1 8oz pkg Baby Portobello Mushrooms
- Take Gravy
- Take 1 1⁄2 cup Heavy Cream
- Use 1 Saved Mushrooms
- Use 1⁄2 cup Water
- Prepare 1 Saved Pan Drippings
- Get 1 Salt and Pepper to taste
- Provide 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
- Prepare 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

- Set aside a few chopped onions and Mushrooms for the Gravy. Mix Raw Ground Beef, Onion, Onion Soup mix, Stove Top Stuffing, and Mushrooms together in a Large bowl.
- Patty the Meat as Desired. Should be about 12 Patties.
- Pan fry Patties in a large pan on medium high until done on both sides. Remove from pan. Save Pan drippings and Drain access grease.
