- Use 3 sheets Spring roll wrappers (rice paper), reconstituted in water
- Provide 100 grams Seared skipjack tuna
- You need 1⁄2 Sweet onion
- Get 1 Cucumber
- Prepare 2 to 3 branches Green onion
- Take 1 White sesame seeds
- Take 1 clove Grated garlic
- Get 1 piece ☆Grated ginger
- Provide 1 tsp ☆Soy sauce
- Use 1 tsp ☆Sesame oil
- Take 1⁄6 of a teaspoon ☆Doubanjiang
- Take Sauce
- You need 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Provide 1 tsp Vinegar

- Slice the skipjack tuna into 5 x 1 cm pieces.
