The ingredients needed to prepare Taco Tuesday:
  1. Use 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
  2. Get 1 tsp each chili powder, cumin, dry mustard,garlic and onion powders, salt, pepper, paprika, cornstarch
  3. Take 12-1 cup water
  4. Use 12 lb shredded cheese, I used Monterrey Jack
  5. You need Crispy taco shells
  6. You need Sour cream
  7. Take Shredded lettuce
  8. Get Taco sauce
Instructions to make Taco Tuesday:
  1. Brown and drain your ground beef. In a measuring cup, combine all your spices and stir. Add to beef and stir. Add water and cook for a few minutes stirring.
  2. Heat your oven to 350. On an inverted muffin tin, line up your taco shells, 2 per row. Heat til crispy and warm. Remove from oven. Fill each shell with meat, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream, in that order. Take it to the table. The rest is history.
