  1. Prepare 2 tablespoons butter
  2. You need 14 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  3. Use 23 cup heavy cream (see note)
  4. Prepare 14 cup packed light brown sugar
  5. Provide 12 cup light corn syrup
  6. Take 14 teaspoon salt
  7. Provide 1 cup semi or milk chocolate chips
  8. Use 12 teaspoon vanilla
Steps to make Easy Hot Fudge Sauce:
  1. Over medium heat, melt butter in saucepan.
  2. Add brown sugar, cocoa powder, corn syrup, salt and heavy cream.
  3. Stir and when mixture starts to bubble, reduce to a low simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
  4. After 5 minutes, remove from heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla.
  5. Stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Cool slightly and pour into glass jar with tight fitting lid.
  7. Serve warm or room temperature.
  8. Reheat in microwave in 20 second intervals stirring after each one.
  9. Keeps in fridge for 1 month covered tightly.
