- Provide 100 gm big green chilli
- Get 100 gm small green chilli
- Provide 20 gm ginger
- Take 1⁄2 cup vinegar

- Provide 1⁄8 tsp hing(asafoetida)

- Wash and wipe all the chilliy
- Now cut the chilliy in big pieces.cut the ginger also.
- Now Heat the oil in wok.add jeera and hing.now add the chilli and ginger.and fry for 1 minute. Add Salt and 1⁄2 cup water and covered the lid for 5-6 minutes.
- Now check the chilli and stir àgain.if chilliy are cooked then turn off the flame. Let it cool.
- Now grind the chilliy in grinder and make a smooth paste. Add the vinegar. Keep sauce in a bottle and freeze it.
